Abstract :	Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται μελέτη του Προγράμματος "Ηρακλής" το οποίο ενεργοποιήθηκε για να μειωθούν όσο γίνεται τα κόκκινα δάνεια των τραπεζών και να εξαλειφθούν από τον ισολογισμό τους. Στην μελέτη συμπεριλαμβάνεται η εναλλακτική δημιουργίας μιας "κακής" τράπεζας, η οποία σε συνδυασμό με τον Ηρακλή θα μπορούσε να μειώσει δραστικά το πρόβλημα των κόκκινων δανείων στην Ελλάδα. In this study, we analyze the Hercules Asset Protection Scheme (HAPS), which was activated in order to reduce as much as possible the NPEs of the greek banks and eliminate them from their balance sheets. The study includes the alternative of creating a "bad" bank, which in combination with HAPS could drastically reduce the problem of NPEs in Greece.
