Abstract :Η εργασία αναλύει σε στρατηγικό επίπεδο όλες εκείνες τις παραμέτρους που συμβάλουν στην επιτυχή ανάπτυξη ενός μοντέλου συνεκμετάλλευσης των υποδομών και υπηρεσιών στην τηλεπικοινωνιακή αγορά της χώρας, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη την παρούσα κατάσταση καθώς και την πραγματικότητα που επικρατεί στον συγκεκριμένο κλάδο.
The paper analyzes in strategic level all those parameters that contribute to the successful development of a model of the co-operation of infrastructures and services in the country's telecommunications market, taking into account the current situation in this sector.
