| Abstract : | Τα τελευταία χρόνια η Εταιρική Κοινωνική Ευθύνη (ΕΚΕ) έχει προβληθεί από πολλές εταιρείες ως ένα μέσο για να βελτιωθεί η εικόνα τους στο κοινό καθώς και ως πηγή ανταγωνιστικού πλεονεκτήματος. Μια επιχείρηση που έχει δώσει πολύ καλά δείγματα γραφής είναι η Apivita. Για τον λόγο αυτό και η παρούσα εργασία προέβη σε ποιοτική έρευνα με σκοπό την καλύτερη κατανόηση της ΕΚΕ στην Apivita και του πώς συμβάλει στο ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα της εταιρείας. Από την έρευνα προκύπτει ότι η δημιουργία μιας κουλτούρας που έχει έμφαση στην εταιρική ευθύνη και φέρνει την εταιρεία υπόλογη προς το κοινό της εγγυάται και το σχετικό ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα. Βέβαια, υπάρχει σίγουρα ο απαιτούμενος χώρος για βελτίωση καθώς και για παρόμοιες έρευνες.
In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been promoted by many companies as a way to improve their image to the public as well as a source of competitive advantage. Apivita has managed to integrate CSR methods in the main operations of the company.The present dissertation conducted a qualitative research in order to better understand the CSR in Apivita and how it contributes to the competitive advantage of the company. The research shows that the creation of a culture that emphasizes corporate responsibility and brings the company responsible to its public , also guarantees the relevant competitive advantage. Of course, there is the opportunity for improvement as well as for similar research.
