Abstract :Amid the continuing necessity to control and predict business crises, there is no conceptual methodthat combines crisis management strategies from various industrial sectors, their situationalvariables and results, as well as the various coping tactics used by leaders. This makes it hard forexecutives to comprehend the types of crisis responses that are suitable in their industry andestablish adequate strategies to deal with it successfully. This study employs an in-depth interviewto address the previously stated gap in the literature by identifying the different crisis viewpoints perbusiness, their consequences and performance indicators, the coping mechanisms employed to limittheir impact, and the significance of these efforts. The study concludes with a few implications forbusiness management and future research objectives.
